Seven District of Columbia elementary schools in administered the Test of Phonological Awareness-Early Elementary as a pre- and post-test for students in first, second, and third grade. Students who received instruction using the core program plus Earobics were compared with students who received instruction with the core program alone. Results showed that students in Earobics classrooms scored significantly higher at all three grade levels.
